Hi, I’m Nila Jennings, and I will be your instructor for
I created Shift to Mastery after several years of being a directive coach with unimpressive results and disappointed clients.
Despite being coached and mentored for my problem-solving malady, it was only later and early on in my doctorate program, that I began to really understand why problem-solving for my clients was a futile effort.
During the Shift to Mastery six-week course, we will explore these critical areas, together, to help you achieve mastery in your professional and personal life.
Nila is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and is passionately committed to unlocking the full potential of individuals and organizations. With over 25 years of experience in management consulting, she has consistently inspired people to achieve their personal and professional dreams.
Nila holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Administrative Sciences and is on track to complete her doctorate in Organization Development and Change by December 2024.
She also holds a graduate certificate in Instructional Design, which complements her extensive academic background and innovative approaches to coaching and organizational development. She also holds a graduate a certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Throughout her career, Nila has collaborated with organizational leaders and teams to create and implement effective processes and strategies. Her work focuses on empowering people while ensuring that organizational objectives are met, fostering environments where both individuals and businesses thrive.
Nila is an adjunct instructor at Bowling Green State University, teaching Effective Business Communication to undergraduate students, sharing her expertise and passion for clear and impactful communication.
As a member in good standing of the National Speakers Association, Nila is also a respected voice in the field of organizational development.
She is set to publish two insightful books in the fall of 2025: “Let’s Be Clear: How to Get the Performance Results You’re Looking For” and “My Decision Journal: A Reflective Framework for Making Decisions.” These publications promise to offer valuable guidance for those looking to enhance their decision-making skills and achieve exceptional performance results.
